The Butterowe Building was constructed in 1876. It is located at the corner of 23rd Street and Harborside Drive. The building contains six large loft apartments. Each apartment has high ceilings, large closets, and a laundry room. Some of the apartments have exposed brick walls. Parking is available for lease in the parking lot directly in front of the building.
This three-story building was constructed in 1871. It is located on Strand Street directly across from Saengerfest Park. The building has three retail tenants on the first floor and contains seven apartments. The building has an atrium that is filled with natural light through a skylight in the roof. Each apartment has hard wood floors in the living areas, carpet in the bedroom and beautiful exposed brick walls.
